Q: Should I send original photographs?
A: In the interest of preserving originals, I suggest you send a color copy. It doesn’t have to be enlarged.

Q: Can I choose the size of the painting?
A: I will do my best to accommodate your vision, although some limitations arise when it comes to reproducing imagery from a very small photo onto a much larger painting. We can discuss how large or small I can interpret your photographs on an individual basis.

Q: Will you send updates on the progress of my painting?
A: Yes, I will send an update once I’ve completed the faces. I know it can be interesting and useful to see a painting in progress.

Q: Can I choose the color scheme and layout?
A: Please let me know if there are specific colors you would like me to emphasize (or deemphasize). If the photograph you send does not sufficiently represent the colors you like, please include a swatch with samples of those colors.

Q: How should I pay you?
A: Usually clients are expected to pay half when the agreement is made. The remainder upon completion.

Q: How long will it be from the time I send my images you until I receive my painting?
A: I can guarantee that you will receive your finished painting within three weeks from the date that I receive your images and we have discussed the plan for the painting by phone or e-mail.

Q: Can I use these images on my website, or print them out for my own personal use?
A:
The images on my website are copyrighted, and may not be duplicated without express permission. (Please refer to the copyright page.
